S15 Roll Cage Completion, New Tools and More | Today At ETS [#UPDATE 007]

What’s the best blade for cutting a thin-walled tube? This is the update that came before webinar ‘007 | Gas Purging Explained'. Details below.

The TPI (teeth per inch) of the cordless Pro Cut and Dewalt bandsaw setup is discussed in this weeks ETS Motorsport Fabrication School [UPDATE] along with where things are at with the now painted Nissan S15 roll cage, the roll cage construction course, and the next topic already in production which will be fabricating your own exhaust manifolds for both naturally aspirated and turbocharged applications.

Nigel is really happy with how the S15 roll cage has come together for this project and it brings the chassis one step closer to hitting the track and once the exhaust manifold is complete it will be all the closer still. If you have any questions about the build make sure you ask them below.

WEBINAR INFO: When welding metals we often concentrate on the shielding gas that protects the outside of the weld, but what about what's happening on the backside of that weld? As we work with more exotic materials such as Stainless Steel and Titanium the process of protecting the backside of that weld becomes extremely important and in this webinar we will give you the tips and tricks to be able to achieve the results that are required in motorsports fabrication.
