I'm looking for publications that cover topics of suspension geometry, steering, wheelbase, alignments, everything needed to design chassis from scratch. I'll use CAD in design process anyway but it would be nice to already have basic know-how about angles etc. to avoid binding and driveability issues.

Nigel's Toyota inspired me to ask these questions and gather more knowledge on that topic

While I don't think any single publication will give you what you want to know, one of the best books which will get you information to get you an understanding of things is a book by Carroll Smith called Tune to Win. Carroll explains a LOT about what you might want to know concerning geometry and development of everything you're asking about. I'm sure there's other books, but this is a very good book concerning what you're looking for.
