Hi there,

In the document it states the pulse settings for mild steel as "Recommended on thinner w/thicknesses 2-5 hertz". Can someone please clarify what this means?

Thank you

This means that the pulse function is recommended on thinner wall thicknesses such as 0.5mm to 2mm using a pulse per second rate of 2-5htz. That will give you a nice pulse that reduces the heat in the part but keeps the weld pool mice and fluid to create a good looking and strong weld. Thanks for the question and I hope that clears it up.
